Nicole has over 7 years of experience in the forestry and renewable energy industries. She was the Commercial Manager for Silviculture at one of the top forestry companies in Paraguay before joining the
company. Nicole is well-equipped to manage critical business operations, oversee projects, and ensure efficient functioning. She currently serves as the Project Administrator for Chaco Vivo at Atenil, where she leads and coordinates the project, managing multiple committees. Nicole was instrumental in commencing the 32,000-hectare REDD+ project on Atenil’s property, which is now a registered and ongoing project. Nicole’s close proximity to Indigenous communities during her upbringing in the Paraguayan Chaco has provided her with a unique perspective on sustainable development practices. Her fluency in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese has been an asset in building cross-cultural relationships and promoting sustainable practices across borders. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy and Diplomacy from the University of Bridgeport in CT, USA. Her minor studies in Finance and World Religion have enhanced her expertise in sustainable development practices.
